The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Karen McGee can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: McGee,

Veronica & I were very sorry to hear about the passing of your beloved mother, sister, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend, Karen.

We have added you and your family to our daily prayer list. And, when we attend mass on Sunday we will add you and your family to our parish book of prayers.

Children of Karen, I can appreciate your sense of pain and loss having experienced the passing of my mom. It's difficult to say good-bye to our moms regardless of age/health because they are so very special having brought us into the world and nurturing us throughout our lives with a special love that only a mother can provide.

May our Good Lord watch over, bless, protect, comfort and console you and your family as you endure this difficult, trying and sad time in your lives.

Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to you and your family in your time of loss and sorrow.

Rob & Veronica Sherman

Condolence: Boomer,
I'm so sorry to have heard the sad news of your Mom. She was a "hoot" whenever we had school functions, Senior yr. play after parties, etc. Such great memories.
May she rest in peace. And please know you & your family are being held close in my thoughts and hope you're doing ok

Barb & Doug Moran

Condolence: Family & Friends of Karen McGee
As it is I am sure for all of you just as difficult to say farewell to a great woman and cherished Friend. When Dewy and I were having much sickness, Karen came to our Rescue willing to take on any task large or small, and with a smile on her face and love in her heart, would gladly complete the task, even though she was suffering herself. Now I know when I write this, many or most of you have been touched by Karen at some point. I want to say I am so sorry for all of us. When I cried, Karen put her loving arms around me and gave me the courage to carry on. When I was in the Hospital, Karen would leave her group and come to be by my side. Farewell my loving, fun filled Friend and you have made this world, a better place for all of us. Family and Friends alike will carry on because, there could be no better roll model or joke tellers or crazy people. That is part of the reason we loved her and all of you. Thank you Karen McGee we will meet again.
