Obituary for Carolyn Pryputniewicz (Fowler)
Carolyn Pryputniewicz 1945-2017
Carolyn Pryputniewicz, 72, passed away unexpectedly on December 6, 2017 at Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare with her family at her side.
She was born in Baltimore, MD. on April 17, 1945 to the late Clarence E. and Edna C. Luciana Fowler.
Carolyn was a 1963 graduate of Eastern High School in Baltimore and went on to earn her Associates Degree.
On June 22, 1977 she and Michael A. Pryputniewicz were united in marriage in Baltimore.
For almost 15 years she was employed with Oneida-Herkimer BOCES food service at Sauquoit Valley Central School.
Carolyn’s main focus was her family and she will be forever missed by her husband Mike, her children; Jenifer and Noah Keller, Melissa Pryputniewicz and Justin Angleton, Charles and Heather Chapin, her grandchildren; Joshua, Bailey, Julianne, Jakob, Alexander, Norah, Aislinn, Pierson, Lilia and Benjamin. She is also survived by Kimberlee Maxwell who was like a daughter to her as well as her nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brothers; Ken Guyer and Vernon Fowler.
Carolyn’s family will be receiving family and friends on Sunday, December 10 from 11-1 at the Smith Funeral Home, 3022 Oneida St. Sauquoit.
