Dear Scott & Cynthia - I'm so very sorry for your loss and was stunned by the news. Our paths crossed infrequently after Crystall moved away from our library cafe at UC. Her smile and infectious laugh will be missed. Although I've only met you both once, know that she spoke of you often and always with love. My condolences during this very difficult time. - Lisa Rogers, one of the librarians.

I am a librarian at Utica College, and for so many years, I spoke with Crystal daily at our Common Grounds cafe. She was very much missed when her job took her to another part of campus, but I was so pleased to have been able to catch up with her just a few weeks ago when she was back in the library this summer. She was a lovely woman and a fabulous baker, providing many cakes for our library parties. We often talked about books, kitties, jewelry, anything really - Crystal was always so friendly and a joy to know. Sincere condolences to all of her loved ones - please know that she was special to us in the library and, I'm sure, to everyone who met her.

I worked with Crystal for just over a year at Utica College. She was such a sweet person never complained always willing to help. She was my go to when I needed help covering call ins. She was very sweet to my daughter when I would bring her to work. Heaven has definitely gained an angel. She was loved by all her co-workers and will truly be missed!! RIP Crystal 🙏
